THE STORY
We met Nick and Kim in one of our Open houses two years ago. They sold their home this year and bought a new construction home.
THE CONCERN
The wind for them was securing one of the very last models of the new construction home prior to the huge uproar in demand that came in 2021. We were able to secure the home contingent upon the sale of their home.
