This family is looking for a bigger home in the Highland Reserve Neighborhood. They have a good-sized single-story home right now but need more space for their 4 children, dog, and, just to do life. They must have a pool. It needs to have 4 bathrooms, or the ability to add a 4th bathroom with some remodeling. Doesn't have to be a fully remodeled house. Just needs good bones and the right neighborhood.
This client is actually Geoff Goolsby's first-ever client. About 7-8 years ago, she bought a condo in Rocklin and it's time for her to move up into a single-family home. She would like to have a small home with a little bit of a yard in Roseville, Rocklin, or maybe even Lincoln.
This young couple is moving to Roseville from Monterey, it's a family of 5 that needs a room for each of the kids, plus an office. Is that so much to ask for? Plus they would like a good school, a safe neighborhood, and a pool "because Roseville is hot". I agree and I think that at a $900k price point, we should be able to find them just that.
This family isn't really downsizing or upsizing, they are just looking for the "right" home to fit them. They live in a really nice house right now but they want something a bit different. They are taking advantage of our love it, then list it program and will be ready to go when the right house comes along.
This family is moving to Roseville from San Diego. Technically, they are moving back since the husband grew up in this area (916) and the majority of his family is here now. They are looking for a large, stunning home. They aren't in a rush. They want something that will fit the family. Something they could use to entertain when guests come over. And they really want a pool.

Cirby Hills and parts of East Roseville tend to draw them in, but they are open to many neighborhoods in Roseville.
