THE STORY
Matt and Caitlin were searching for a home in a super competitive location at a fierce price point. They were looking for their first home purchase and they wanted the experience to be easy and smooth as possible.
THE CONCERN
They’d been hearing horror stories of buyers searching for months and getting beat out on multiple offers. They didn't want that to happen to them.
