THE PROBLEM

Our team’s mission was to get as much as we could for Tamara and her family. When we looked for comparable homes in the area, the value was around $475k which was good, but not great despite the work she had done. The homes in her area had more updates so we had to create a winning strategy.

 THE STRATEGY


Rather than rush to take photos of the home and throw the home onto the market for $475k, our team believed that if we slowed down, staged the home, and listed for $499k we could find the right buyer and Tamara agreed. Choosing to stage the home would make the home show better and could result in $25k more in sales price. 

THE WIN

We were thrilled for Tamara when we sold in 5 days for $510k!!! Getting Tamara and her family an extra $20K in net profit was such a win for them and we could not have been more proud!
