THE WIN
We did a strategy session with Christian and learned about his goals and timeline. He wasn’t in a rush, but also wanted to make the move sooner than later (why not, right?!). Christian found several properties that could work. Some of those properties had multiple offers and unfortunately, he was beaten out by multiple offers on two homes.
We regrouped, realigned with the strategy and ultimate goal of buying a home in a good neighborhood that would be a great investment for his future. The 3rd time was a charm. We found an awesome condo in Rocklin and locked it into contract by offering $5k over the listing price. We beat out the other offers and today, Christian is the proud owner of real estate in Rocklin.
