They knew that they needed to act swiftly and find a local expert real estate team out this way to help them with the biggest (and farthest) move of their lives. They researched real estate teams this way, found us on Zillow, were very pleased with what our clients had to say about us, and gave us a call.
That same day we had a strategy session with Chris and Ellen and learned that they had a very tight timeline and the goal was to find a home in a great school district for their daughter Anna and a pool for those hot summer California days. We quickly went to work for them and set up virtual home tours for them as they were still living in New Hampshire. After only two virtual tours, we found two homes that they loved. We helped them make an offer on one that didn’t get accepted. Luckily though, they had a backup home that they loved just as much. We made a full price offer on the 2nd home, and Chris and Ellen are now proud California residents!
