THE STORY

There is so much to tell about this family and their story. 

When we met them, they were relocating from the Monterey Bay Area, up to the Roseville Area. They needed to sell their home down there and buy one up here. 

THE CONCERN

The problem was that they had very little experience with the area and identifying the right community and neighborhood seemed scary. 

   

 

THE SOLUTION

When we met with the Parker family we asked them questions about there goals and what they were looking for in a community. We learned that having a safe neighborhood, a family friendly environment, and good schools was important. So was being close to outdoor activities and sports programs.

With so many neighborhoods that fit the description, it can feel overwhelming to narrow it down. We took them on a huge tour of the town. Both guided and self-guided with one of our “meet the neighborhood” routes.

THE RESULT

They found a favorite neighborhood and kept an eye out for any new listings.

After 6 months of looking and waiting, we grabbed a listing that had only been shown a few times. Not only did they secure the house, but they got an under asking price offer accepted! In this wild seller’s market! That’s a huge win for the Parker family!
