We hired the home inspector, the pool inspector, the roof inspector, the stager and the various contractors needed for the (minor) repairs throughout the home. We hired the stager to help us get the home show ready. We hired the videographer to make the home a star and to tell a compelling story. We hired a professional photographer to capture still photos and a 3D walkthrough. And the best marketing team in the industry to put all of the content into a beautiful, digital package. We employed an aggressive online marketing strategy to expose the home to thousands of potential buyers. We held a private open house to create even more buzz and to give serious buyers the opportunity to see it first. We advertised again around the main open house. We did all of the above and so much more.
The result? On Monday afternoon, after only 3 full days of being on the market, Steve and Sandi sat down to review 4 competitive offers. Each offer came with it's own strengths and ultimately, they were able to choose the offer that gave them the best peace of mind that they would soon be on the move to Idaho without delay. It just so happened that the offer was thousands of dollars more than they originally expected to receive for their home. This home sold for the highest price per square foot, ever in the neighborhood. After a swift escrow that consisted of NO inspections, Steven and Sandi only had to focus on when to make the move to Idaho. We made sure to introduce them to a great agent in Idaho. As of today, Steve and Sandi are in their rental home and pursuing their dream to purchase a home in the Boise area. Steve and Sandi are the Misty Wood neighborhood heroes. Because of the success of the sale of their home, one other homeowner has been able to put their home on the market and reach for a phenomenal sale price.
