In order to do that, we need your help with:


Job Description

Maintain a schedule for each client

Coordinate the marketing and sales processes from start to finish

Schedule home tours for clients

Maintain weekly update reports to clients and team

Enter and maintain contract details and reminders into our transaction management system

Responsible to do the transaction coordinating for each listing and purchase

Prepare disclosure packages and property binders

Communicate with clients – what’s happening, what’s comes next, etc

Update  CRM with accurate data

Coordinate client outreach and gifts

Update website weekly and execute on marketing plan

Write detailed and eloquent property descriptions

Prepare printed marketing material for properties

Prepare digital marketing material for social media

Coordinate client appreciation and community events

Communicate with partners and coordinate appointments – home inspectors, appraisers, lenders, title companies, etc

Monitor CRM account daily to ensure “to-do” items are consistently kept up-to-date

Weekly accountability meetings

Track sales numbers for the team

Update a “Policies and Procedures” manual

Client Interaction: Video introductions and phones at the inception of new client onboarding. Occasional onsite meetings


Exceptional phone skills/experience

Experience with CRM/database management

Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills

Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

High level of motivation to succeed

Real Estate License preferred/not required
