The average sale price was $670,000 and the average days on market was 15.
On average, homeowners sold for about 100% of their asking price. Though, some sold for much less, and others for much more.
Overall, we say a 4% increase in the number of homes sold and a 16.8% increase in home values From Q1 of 2021 to 2022.
