Some parents seek out activities to keep their kids from bouncing off the walls. If they only knew about SkyZone, they just might actually encourage them to bounce off the walls again and again and again!

Located at 1091 Tinker Road in neighboring Rocklin, SkyZone is the Sacramento area's only indoor trampoline park. And we're not talking just a few trampolines here. SkyZone's website says it best in asking those who have never been there to "Imagine a seemingly endless sea of trampolines, all connected to form one massive trampoline surface." Then imagine that when you do hit a wall, it, too is a trampoline, slightly angled to enable you to, well…bounce off the wall!

Fun at SkyZone isn't simply limited to the kinds of repetitive bouncing you might imagine on a typical backyard trampoline. Oh, no! First of all, SkyZone is home to the exciting and fast-paced sport of Ultimate Dodgeball where players can (and do) use the side trampolines to avoid being hit with a ball, then completing an acrobatic back flip before firing a shot at the other team.

A variety of SkyRobics classes are also offered – think bootcamp style aerobics utilizing the bounce power of trampolines. SkyZone also features an open foam pit, where kids of all ages can freely jump and practice their aerobatics (back flips, front flips, cartwheels, round-offs, etc.) as well as a SkySlam basketball court (cue the "I believe I can fly" song).

Open jump times throughout the day give kids and adults alike a chance to bounce freely – and use muscles many of us forgot we even had in our bodies! SkyZone's schedule is currently as follows:

• Monday: CLOSED
• Tuesday-Thursday: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
• Friday: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm JumpaPalooza (all ages) every Friday night from 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm SkyJam (ages 16+) every Saturday night from 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• Sunday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
